Eyewitnesses said the attackers stormed the community and opened fire indiscriminately at residents and houses, creating fear and confusion across the area.
The member representing Ghari and Tsanyawa Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Sani Bala, confirmed the incident in a statement shared online, disclosing that three bodies had so far been recovered.
“As at the time of this update, three people have been confirmed dead,” the lawmaker stated, while expressing concern over the worsening security situation in the constituency.

Another resident, Madahuru Ibrahim, disclosed that several persons sustained injuries during the attack and had been taken to hospital for treatment.
