4 Permanent Secretaries Redeployed By Tinubu Administration

President Bola Tinubu has approved the redeployment of four Federal Permanent Secretaries in a move aimed at strengthening governance and improving efficiency in the public service.

This was disclosed in a statement on Monday in Abuja by Mrs Eno Olotu, Director of Information and Public Relations, Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation.

According to the statement, the deployment aligns with efforts to enhance service delivery and ensure effective implementation of government policies under the Renewed Hope Agenda.

Olotu stated that the affected permanent secretaries were appointed through a competitive selection process and are expected to contribute their expertise to their new assignments.

She explained that the redeployment is designed to improve performance, deepen collaboration between ministries, and promote sustainable national development.

The officials affected are Mrs Bekearedebo Warrens (Bayelsa State), posted to the Political and Economic Affairs Office in the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation; and Dr Kamil Shoretire (Ogun State), posted to the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment.

Others include Mrs Nkiruka Jones-Nebo (Enugu State), deployed to the Career Management Office in the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, and Mr Sani Aminu (Kano State), assigned to the Special Services Office in the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.

The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs Didi Walson-Jack, congratulated the affected officials and urged them to uphold professionalism, accountability and efficiency in delivering on their mandates.
