The awards, organised by the Top 10 Magazine, recognise individuals who have made outstanding contributions to national development and demonstrated leadership in their various fields. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the event has grown into one of the most notable platforms celebrating excellence across the country.
Among the award recipients was the Minister of Youth Development, Mr Ayodele Olawande, who received the Minister of the Year Award. The Minister of Women Affairs, Hajia Imaan Ibrahim, was named Woman of the Year, reflecting her work in advancing gender-related policies and empowerment.

Casiva Limited Chairman, Alhaji Nasiru Danu, received the Man of the Year Award, while Senator Osita Izunaso was recognised as Legislator of the Year.
Many other distinguished figures from public and private sectors were also celebrated for their efforts in driving social and economic development. Organisers said the awards highlight the positive changes being championed by individuals across the country.
Receiving the award on Danu’s behalf, former Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. He said Danu had recently channelled significant investment into initiatives aimed at expanding business opportunities nationwide.
Representing Dembos, NTA International’s Acting General Manager, Mr John Gyang, stated that the award reflected the station’s ongoing transformation. He highlighted improvements in production and transmission, including the switch from SD to HD broadcasting and enhanced global signal clarity.
