ZOA Warns Against Appeasing Hamas

The Zionist Organisation of America (ZOA) has asserted that Hamas, the Islamist group governing Gaza, demonstrates “no real interest in peace” or the well-being of its own populace.

In a statement signed by the National President of ZOA Morton A. Klein, , highlighted what he described as “outrageous ceasefire counteroffers” from Hamas.

According to Klein, these proposals clearly indicate the group’s true intentions.

“The first counteroffer from Hamas was reportedly so extreme that even mediators Egypt and Qatar declined to present it to Israel.

“A subsequent offer remained similarly “unreasonable,” leading both Israeli and US negotiating teams to withdraw.”

The ZOA argues that Israel has consistently presented “generous ceasefire proposals,” often appearing to negotiate against itself.

In stark contrast, Hamas has responded with “continued intransigence and hostility,” the organisation claims.

The group further suggests that Hamas appears intent on prolonging the conflict.

It alleges that the suffering of civilians, including its own combatants whom it “cynically labels as non-combatants,” is being used as a tool.

The aim, according to the ZOA, is to “manipulate international opinion” and generate “global outrage against Israel.”

This, they suggest, is in the hope that such outrage will lead to renewed efforts to appease Hamas and legitimise its violent actions.

The ZOA also drew a stark historical parallel, describing upcoming diplomatic efforts as resembling a “modern-day Munich Conference.”
