Zamfara APC Cautions Members Against Anti-party Activities, Insubordination

The Zamfara chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has cautioned members against anti-party activities and all acts of  insubordination.
The party’s leadership issued the warning in Gusau on Tuesday in a statement signed by the State APC Publicity Secretary, Yusuf Idris.
“The Zamfara APC chapter discovered a suspicious speculative information being spread in an online medium purportedly claiming that some aggrieved APC  members from Shinkafi LGA have sued the state chapter of the party challenging their ‘unconstitutional’ sanction from the party.
“According to the report, some members; Babangida Aliyu-Shinkafi, Kabiru Ibrahim and Ibrahim Kurya had filed a suit on Friday under suit N0 ZMS/GS/65/2025.
“They were said to be seeking judicial intervention to halt something that is not in existence, the purported section or anything in that regard,” Idris said.
According to him, further the flagrant information is false and baseless, coming from mischievous individuals to tarnish the ever increasing good image of the APC in the state.
He added, “The party is not aware of anything concerning discipline and suspension of any of its members from Shinkafi, nor has the party received any order in this regard from any court of law.
“Although there’s nothing like this, it is possible that the aggrieved persons may be nursing the fears of being sanctioned due to their continued anti-party activities and constant romance with the ruling PDP in the state.”
Idris added that the party’s leadership had not received any service from the state High Court regarding any court case as falsely published by the online platform.
“We believe this is just an attempt to create unnecessary noise and drag the judiciary in covering their romance with the PDP in the state.
“This is with the view of continuing collecting money from their paymasters to distract our party and members in Shinkafi local government,” Idris averred.
