The University of Benin (UNIBEN) has released the results of its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening examinations, with candidates now able to check their scores through the university’s online portal.
Public Relations Officer Dr Benedicta Ehanire confirmed the development in a statement on Tuesday, but cautioned applicants not to panic over the “NOT ADMITTED” message currently displayed on their result pages. She stressed that the admission process has just begun and will remain open until 31 October in line with Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) regulations.
According to her, all candidates who obtained at least 50 per cent in the test stand a chance of admission, provided they meet the stipulated guidelines. She added that UNIBEN would issue more detailed information on the admission procedure in the coming weeks.
