The Federal Government will arraign suspects accused of involvement in the recent Yelwata killings in Benue State before the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday.
According to a statement by Kamarudeen Ogundele, Senior Assistant to the Minister of Justice, the case will be heard by Justice Joyce Abdul-Malik.
Attorney-General Lateef Fagbemi said the arraignment follows thorough investigations and cooperation among government agencies.
He emphasised that the Tinubu administration is committed to upholding the protection of lives and property, and warned that justice would be served on those threatening national security.
