SO TechAfrica To Train Lagos Residents In AI

An Information Technology and Human Resources firm, SO TechAfrica Ltd., is set to train some Lagos residents in Artificial Intelligence skills for a brighter future.

The Chief Executive Officer, Mr Seton Senu, disclosed this during an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Tuesday in Lagos.

Senu said the training, tagged ‘Festac AI Week 2025,’ aims to equip participants with cutting-edge skills that will impact business, healthcare, finance, agriculture, education, and logistics.

“The programme will support the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development by offering practical knowledge on using AI to improve business operations.

“Participants will learn, compete, and win prizes. It is scheduled to hold over five days,” he said.

He urged Lagos residents, especially those in Festac and nearby areas, to explore their AI potential and gain exciting rewards.

Senu noted that over 15 facilitators from various ICT companies will train participants in key AI skills.

He added that participants would compete for prizes based on their innovative ideas.

“Bronze, silver, and gold prizes will be awarded to the best ideas.There is a 50 per cent discount for early registration,” Senu said. (NAN)
