The Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology (OAUSTECH), Okitipupa, Ondo State, has commenced registration for candidates seeking admission into the institution for the 2025/2026 academic session through the Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (Post-UTME) screening exercise.
This was disclosed in a statement issued on Tuesday by the Registrar of the institution, Mr. Abiodun Okunniga, in Okitipupa.
Okunniga stated that candidates must meet the university’s eligibility requirements before proceeding with registration.
“Applicants must have selected OAUSTECH as their first-choice institution and scored a minimum of 150 in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME),” he said.
He added that candidates who selected OAUSTECH as a second choice or did not choose the institution at all must change it to their first choice on the JAMB portal to become eligible for the screening.
Other requirements include:
Possession of five O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings.
Candidates must have attained the age of 16 by September 30, 2025.
Okunniga advised prospective candidates to visit the university’s official website at https://oaustech.edu.ng or the admission portal at https://portal.oaustech.edu.ng for detailed information and to complete their registration and payment.
He noted that the date for the Post-UTME examination would be announced in due course via the media and official university platforms.
