The Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has officially launched the disbursement of upkeep payments for April 2025 to eligible student beneficiaries nationwide.
This announcement was made by Oseyemi Oluwatuyi, the Director of Corporate Communications for the fund, on Monday.
“While the majority of payments have been processed successfully, a minority of beneficiaries may face delays due to a recent upgrade in our payment and application processing system. This enhancement aims to bolster security and facilitate the timely disbursement of upkeep allowances in future payment cycles,” the statement explained.
NELFUND emphasized its commitment to collaborating with relevant stakeholders to swiftly address these issues and ensure that all eligible students receive their funds without further hindrance.
