FCT Villagers Lament Poor Roads, Insecurity, Lack Of Schools

Residents of Kaido Tsoho in Gwagwalada Area Council of the FCT have decried poor infrastructure, insecurity and lack of government support.

Speaking during a community visit by the NGO Movement for the Transformation of Nigeria (MOTION), villagers listed lack of potable water, healthcare, electricity and schools as major challenges.

They also lamented herder invasions of farms, high fertiliser costs, and bad roads that cut off the community during the rainy season.

MOTION representative Omole Ibukun said the group would launch its platform in October and stage a peaceful march to demand accountability and solutions from government.
