DSFA Sends Condolences To Wilfred Ndidi After Father Dies In Road Accident

The Delta State Football Association (DSFA) has condoled with Super Eagles captain Wilfred Ndidi following the death of his father, Pa Ndidi.

Pa Ndidi was involved in a fatal road accident early on Tuesday in Umunede, Delta State. He was taken to a hospital in Agbor, where he was later pronounced dead. He was a retired military personnel.

Reacting to the development, the chairman of the DSFA, Chief Godwin Adode, described the loss as deeply painful and personal, saying the passing of a father leaves an irreplaceable void in the family.

“The pain, shock and grief that come with losing a father are unimaginable,” Adode said in a statement. “On behalf of the Delta State football family, we extend our heartfelt sympathies to Wilfred Ndidi and his loved ones.”

He encouraged the Leicester City midfielder to remain strong for his family and to find solace in the life of service and honour lived by his late father.

Chief Adode also offered prayers for divine strength and comfort for the Ndidi family, while assuring them of the association’s support throughout the mourning period.

The DSFA prayed for the peaceful repose of Pa Ndidi’s soul and expressed solidarity with the family during this difficult time.
