Court Accepts Video Evidence in Nnamdi Kanu’s Defence

The Abuja Division of the Federal High Court has admitted video evidence featuring General T.Y. Danjuma, Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma, and Adeola Ajayi, the Director General of the State Security Service, in the ongoing trial of Nnamdi Kanu.

Justice James Omotosho accepted the flash drive containing the three videos as Exhibit PW-P, along with a compliance certificate marked as Exhibit PWP-1.

This evidence was submitted by Paul Erokoro, counsel for Mr Kanu, who leads the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, and was unchallenged by the federal government’s attorney, Adegboyega Awomolo.

The videos were played in open court, and Mr Erokoro proceeded to cross-examine an SSS operative identified as BBB.

More details will be provided soon…
