Former Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, has paid glowing tribute to the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Dr Folashade Ayoade, on her 60th birthday.
In a statement issued on Wednesday in Lokoja by his Media Director, Ohiare Michael, Bello described Ayoade as a rare public servant with discipline, integrity, and consistency.
He praised her unwavering support and leadership throughout his two-term tenure, noting that her retention in office under the present administration reflected her competence and credibility.
“Serving alongside Dr Ayoade for eight transformative years was a privilege and a partnership built on trust, shared vision and commitment to progress,” Bello said.
He described her as a role model for women in leadership, embodying purpose, quiet strength and commitment to good governance.
The former governor joined family, friends and the people of Kogi in celebrating her, praying for long life, good health and renewed strength to continue serving the state.
