Governor Abba Yusuf of Kano State has sanctioned a series of appointments and promotions across key state agencies to enhance governance and public service delivery.
The governor’s office confirmed on Wednesday that Abdulkadir Kankarofi and Hajia Aisha Tamburawa will serve as Special Advisers on Humanitarian Affairs and Positive Propaganda, respectively.
Other appointments include Alhaji Mukhtar Yusuf as Managing Director of the Water Resources Engineering and Construction Agency (WRECA), Dr Mukhtar Maisudan as Executive Secretary of the Kano State Scholarship Board, Alhaji Abba Kankarofi as Managing Director of the Kano Road and Maintenance Agency (KARMA), and Musayyib Ungoggo as Managing Director of the Kano Zoological Garden.
Governor Yusuf charged all appointees to uphold transparency, commitment, and dedication to the people, reinforcing the objectives of the Kano First Agenda.
